Irene Bengo

She is postdoc researcher in Management Engineering at Politecnico di Milano, her research focus on performances measurement systems for social business and on reconversion/recycling business model at industrial level. She is project manager of different projects on systems for the generation of employment opportunities for disadvantage. She is adjunct lecturer on “Engineering and Cooperation for Global development” course. She is consultant at MBS company as expert on evaluation systems for gender integration process for Italian Ministry of Labour and consultant at Make a change association as coordinator of “National observatory of Social enterprises”. In 2012 she was national consultant for UNIDO as expert on Social Business and performances measure. Since 2005 she is member of Engineering Without Borders – Milan (ISF-MI) and since 2009 she is President of the association.
